Hotel staff spoke English and were extremely helpful. When we couldn't find the hotel parking entrance, they went all the way to where we were parked to direct us. During parking, they even assisted in guiding our parking effort. Our rooms were comfortable and fully equipped with all amenities and toiletries we need. We can self-help get additional toiletries from the hotel lobby. They provided additional foam pillows, which were great for sleep. Goryokaku Tram Station is just outside the hotel. Many eateries nearby the hotel. Goryokaku Tower is within walking distance.

We came soaked in the rain and receptionist gave us some newspapers to dry shoes. +The kitchen staff was also nice. +Breakfast is really varied and delicious.
